WILDCHILDWORLD - Classifiably a nocturnal creature, WildChild goes interplanetary, juxtaposing the limited, fleshy body with the limitless human imagination. His brilliantly costumed figure employs fire, dance, music, and contortion to deconstruct technology, sexuality, and the human form. With a surreal, alien flavor, his performance art creates an absolutely scandalous vision of delirium, hovering somewhere between the realms of sleep and wakefulness..

I was born just an average boy with a love of music that some might call an obsession. In my younger days I was into punk rock and metal, and as the years passed, hip-hop stole my heart and became the inspiration for my DJ dreams. When I was about 20 years old, I got my first set of shitty tables and praticed as much as I could. For some reason, things weren't clicking - I was on the verge of giving up and one day, as if a lightbulb went off inside my head, I got it. My new found skills only led to a more ambitious love of all things music and fueled a vinyl addiction. Although it has been over ten years since I set those tables up for the first time, the desire and willingness to create something that makes jaws drop is more intense than ever before. I spend most of my free time searching for the perfect piece of the puzzle that I call my set. Someday I hope to be the go-to guy when it comes to setting the beat and ambiance for a new underground flavor that leaves ears and hearts wanting more...
