as many of you know , we've been operating in renegade mode for the past couple of weeks , thanks to andy's server donation . we are happy to announce that today at 4:30 pm eastern time , we have moved to our new server and are free as teenagers to do whatever we want (within reason) form this point on .

for the past few weeks , we have enforced a rather stringent policy regarding drug-related discussion . we will go into greater detail soon , but for the time being , please adhere to the followign guidelines .

1) do not discuss any current activity or future plans that could be construed as illegal activity of any kind . do not consort to commit any acts that are illegal in your area , or illegal in the area of the webserver (USA) . you are free to discuss your past experiences involving drugs of any kind , but only in areas that are inaccesable to guests . so far , that means keep it out of the party forums . remember that any information that is made public on this site may be used by law enforcement officers . ravefix staff may be required by law to cooperate with the efforts of law enforcement agencies .

2) do not put anything in your avatar that is sexually explicit or that represents drug use , either which is expressly or implicitly of an illegal nature .

if you've bookmarked the old site , you may notice that you are being redirected to the IP adress of the new site (72.22.88.21) don't worry about that . as the DNS servers are updated over the next few hours , that will start looking normal again .

all posts and private messges that you have made shoudl be preserved across the move , as should your galleries , avatars , and signatures . keep in mind that while new posts won't cause problems , there is a chance that any new pictures you submit to the galleries in the next few hours may be lost .

also , google maps are temporarily out of service , as the registration key obtained form them is specific to the URL . this problem will be automatically corrected as DNS data becomes current .

this has been another big step for us , and we would like to thank all of you once again for your cooperation and your support .

explicitly, that means if it's illegal, and still in your system, you can't talk about it. no "i'm stoned" for anyone, or "i'm drunk" for anyone under 21. you can say things like "i'm wasted" or "i'm out of it" as long as you don't reference (even by slang or euphamism) what specific chemical you've put into your system... we're resting this decision on the fact that we don't know what prescriptions you may be on, or what other physical states your body may be in from legal sources. otherwise if this gets pushed beyond reason, we'll have to cut even this part out.

if you say the word "drugs" tho, we're gonna have to assume you mean illegal drugs (as that's what the term is commonly used for) and ban your ass for a week.
