Arriving early to this party, I wasnt expecting much out of it. Not many people were there, and those who were seemed like they felt no need to dance. But the venue was the SHIT! It was this piece of shit warehouse that is used for... well, I don't know. I think punk rock bands play there but I'm not sure. They had a very cool lighting set up behind the stage, and the sound was pretty good (could have been a little louder, but thats almost always true). My buddy Attak played a decent set, and more and more people began piling in. The next dj played a pretty good set, but after him "Billy B" didnt show so me and Attak played a hard DnB tag set, which was definetly fun.

Next Phrenzy came on and started rocking. People still weren't realy in the groove yet, but the vibe was picking up pretty quickly. By the end of Phrenzy's set people were starting to REALLY party.

Next up was Digital Psychosis, who had the whole crowd in control from the first record. Everyone hit the dance floor... and finally, this was a fucking party. He continued to tear it up for the rest of his set.

Kaiten and Dilated also had the crowd jumping with some older happy hardcore, and it was definetly fun and perfect for the warehouse enviroment.

But god damn, who didnt have a great time that night. We were all singing, dancing, drinking, lauphing... as generic as this sounds its true. It was a great fucking party, but the people who came were really the ones who made it. God damn I had a great time!

the venue used to be used as a concert venue, yes.
i've went to many a shows at it.
and as of the past year, a few parties as well.
the upstairs used to be living quarters.

if i had heard about this before thursday, and not already planned to go see pirates, i would have a review.

but i suck at life Grin
