HOW TO: Using the Calendar

Each event here can now be linked to the Calendar.

THE ISSUE IS -- there's no sorting by location yet, or date, or anything else, so we're gonna make a few simple REQUIREMENTS to avoid confusion. I will apply these to all the ones I can, but if the info's not available in the current threads, expect them to dissapear to leave room for threads that meet these requirements.

1) The state/province must be listed in the Calendar View. The only way to do this now is to put it at the end of the event name like "Party name - ST".  So, click the Calendar link in the top navigation panel (next to chat) . Pick the correct month, then click on the date of the event to begin to add it . Fill out the form and use the below method of making the thread title .

2) The city and state/province/country (if not US) as well as the date have to be in the thread title. Really, if they were all just "PARTY NAME - Date - City, ST", it'd make things SO easy.

Any new threads are subject to this requirement, and I'll be manually updating the old ones that have enough info in the topic as time allows. If you have a post here and want it linked to the calendar, please modify the first post in the thread and it should let you add it. Any new threads created without these requirements in place are subject to being deleted so everyone learns to do it this way the first time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
