New Terms of Service

So the new registration and Terms of Service went into effect today. They're worded with lots of wiggle room, so don't think we're giving you a checklist of the only things that will get you banned. Most of the prohibited behaviours aren't even terms for immediate banning, the way we see it. We'll add more concise forum "rules" and guidelines for individual boards as we need them, but the announcments outlined here go a good ways toward that already.

There will be an email going out about the new TOS (and to test the Newsletter system) so everyone who's signed up in the past can be aware of the changes. New features will be emailed out from time to time, but we're going to limit them to no more than one per week. Let us know about any concerns you might have in the Suggestions forum. Thanks!
